she came home from school complaining of eye pain.  i kinda chalked it up to her trying to get of our evening plans, but after her tears wouldn’t subside and she started having trouble speaking and was extremely confused, we headed to the ER.  after a ct scan and lab work all came back normal, she was diagnosed with a migraine.  scary to experience, yet grateful it was nothing worse.
