every so often we pull out a jar we have that has tons of thought provoking questions (i put this together years ago, but here is a post about it) and we go around the table and each answer. tonight was one of those nights! (but by the time it got pulled out, it was just the girls)

i have a little note that i see daily where i keep a running list of things i want to accomplish in my photography business. some big. some small. some simple. some not so simple. near the end of 2014 i made a list for the upcoming year. one of my many 2015 goals was to get published in a magazine. i was giving myself a year to make this happen. so, it was a complete surprise when mid january i received an email asking permission to feature my images in the upcoming edition of mozi magazine! (a photography magazine packed with tons of info + inspiration)
i still can’t believe it. it is so crazy to see my images of my family in print, BUT the absolute coolest part of it for me is that my silly little lists paid off! something i thought of as far, far, far off in the future, turned out to be attainable and a lot sooner than expected.
so go write your goals down – no matter how crazy or silly they may seem to reach, you have that constant reminder to work towards it and make things happen!
want to check it out?

½ tbsp olive oil (can use cocunt oil also)
mix all the ingredients. place in a small container.
apply to lips and massage it for 30 seconds or so and wipe off.
